The drop point blade is made of American 154CM stainless steel providing balanced performance for daily use. The nearly full flat grind offers exceptional slicing performance with balanced durability while the top swedge delivers powerful piercing performance. The plain edge blade is equipped with a matte black DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) coating that resists wear and corrosion and is discreetly non-reflective. A push of the button activates the coil spring automatic mechanism for fast, smooth and reliable deployment.
