Description
This Opinel bread knife is perfect to slice all types of breads. Strong and efficient, the N°216 is equipped with a curved serrated blade to improve cutting gesture and comfort.
Technical Description
The bread knife of the Opinel company with a blade length of 21cm, is mainly used for cutting bread, cakes but also for soft fruits and vegetables, such as tomatoes. It has a narrow and straight blade and is always serrated. It is designed in such a way that it does not press and crumble the bread, but provides even slices of bread. It is made of stainless steel, a popular material for knives, it is very durable and does not corrode. It is a combination of carbon and iron as a base and chromium is added to repel stains and give the blade a shiny finish.
