Technical Description
The blade occupies 8.7 cm of the total length. The thickness of its butt is 0.33 cm. High-tech steel grade 440C is used for this knife. For a long time it remained the most sought after in the knife industry due to a good combination of hardness, corrosion resistance and price. The hardness of this alloy is rated at 58 HRC, which allows the knife to stay sharp for a long time after each sharpening. The cutting edge in this model is straight, which also contributes to the versatility of the knife.
