With a drop point 14C28N blade, Jakub has designed the 3701 Crusader with a high performance opening mechanism as his individually designed opening thumb dish. Unlike singular thumb disks this long rectangular shape facilitates easy withdrawal of the blade, perfect for those who seek an extra smooth opening. On top of this, 14C28N blade too provides a high degree of corrosion resistance. The belly of the handle has been ergonomically designed to reduce friction drag when cutting while also paying homage to Jakubs very essentially gothic design, features reminiscent of a bat.
