Technical Description

The new Chic Table range combines a curved handle with the traditional Opinel blade shape, known as the Yatagan blade. Its design, inspired by a Turkish sabre with a raised tip, guarantees exceptional strength.
The 10 cm blades are made from Sandvik stainless steel to ensure that they remain sharp over time.

Solid and dark, the ebony handles are comfortable to hold.

Thanks to their mitre, the knives are very stable and will stay in place on the table.

Sandvik Stainless Steel 12C27M

• We use Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel. It is anti-corrosive thanks to the addition of chrome and requires no special maintenance. Its carbon content of at least 0.40% gives excellent cutting edge.Blade hardness 57-58 HRC

Mirror-Finish Blade

• Double polish for a mirror effect

Handle 

• Ebony is a rare and luxurious wood coming from the forests of Africa. Thanks to its beautiful density and deep black color, ebony is traditionally used in marquetry.

Bolster

• The stainless steel bolster has a flat back to keep steady the knife on the table.
