Technical Description

The new Chic Table range combines a curved handle with the traditional Opinel blade shape, known as the Yatagan blade. Its design, inspired by a Turkish sabre with a raised tip, guarantees exceptional strength.
The 10 cm blades are made from Sandvik stainless steel to ensure unparalleled cutting quality.

Shifting between light beige and white, the ash wood handles have a subtle grain with regular lines.

Sandvik Stainless Steel 12C27M

• We use Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel. It is anti-corrosive thanks to the addition of chrome and requires no special maintenance. Its carbon content of at least 0.40% gives excellent cutting edge.Blade hardness 57-58 HRC

Handle

• Issued from the French forests, ash is a hard and white wood, with a slight blonde veining.

Bolster

• The stainless steel bolster has a flat back to keep steady the knife on the table.
