Technical Description

Ken Onion has designed and created hundreds of award-winning knives during his career in his Kaneohe, Hawaii shop, many of which break both style and performance barriers. The Gusset™ is no exception.

It’s an everyday carry with a head-turning design—one that is also highly functional—the open areas in the handle make for an extremely lightweight carry and one that’s simple to clean. The drop point blade features a titanium nitride finish and closes on a smooth IKBS™ ball bearing pivot system, and the stainless steel handle is gusseted, making it look seriously engineered.
