Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email/text with the shipment tracking number. If you cannot find this email in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder. You may also view your order’s tracking information by logging into your account.
You may then proceed to the courier’s tracking page and type in the tracking number to get details regarding the shipment.
The tracking details in the couriers' websites are usually updated on the following business day, but may take up to 2 business days for certain provincial areas. We are not responsible for any delay and inaccurate updates on their websites.
If your order does not arrive within the indicated time frame, please send us an email at email@example.com to inquire about the delivery status.
